YoPRO Fitness Challenge
During the 2020 pandemic, we created a 66-day YoPRO Fitness Challenge for all health and fitness enthusiasts to holistically improve their lives by developing good habits, ensuring they come out of the challenge ‘better than you went in’, particularly during the 2020 isolation period.
